My Blaze is not sincing my sleep patterns. I have restarted Bluetooth and made sure the Bluetooth Classic setting on the watch is set to Pair and also made sure Bluetooth is on, on my smart phone

It's great to have you here @AlexinAlbam. Thanks for the troubleshoot you've tried. In this case, the Bluetooth classic is used only for music control not directly for syncing because your Fitbit app is the one that will use the Bluetooth and from there sync your Blaze.
If you're not receiving sleep stages, I would like you to try the following:
- Make sure you have the latest version of your Blaze which is 17.8.402.1
- You have the latest app version of your app as well such as 2.50 for iOS and 2.72 for Android
- Double check your Blaze is snug on your wrist (your HR lights shouldn't be visible)
