Sleep isn't correct

I don’t feel that my Blaze is recording my sleep accurately.I went to bed at 11pm and was up at 9am -Sunday is the only day I get a lay in! - and my sleep is recorded as just 5 hours.Can I get sleep to be more accurate?

Welcome to the Community @Floyd67! Thanks for the details you've mentioned. I would like you to confirm the following: 

 

- Confirm your tracker wasn't taken off at any point during the night 

- Do you remember being awake during the period time that's missing?

Restart it

- Your tracker is snug in your wrist 

- Try sleeping with your tracker in your non-dominant hand 

- Change the setting to sensitive
