I just bought a FitBit Blaze yesterday. All went well and sleep was logged (inaccurately, I might add) but when I was on the web dashboard I accidentally chose an option for my sleep record from last night and now it has completely disappeared. It doesn't show anymore on my app or the web version. Can I get it back?

I hadn't think of that but @Rich_Laue is right.
Try deleting the manual entry for the sleep record and try to convert the activity record to sleep record again and let us know how it goes @TiaJJM.

Hi there @TiaJJM! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
Do you recall by any chance which was the option you chose on your sleep record? If for any reason you deleted the sleep record, there's no way to get it back unfortunately 😕
I would recommend that for your sleep to be tracked more accurately, you change the sensitivity on your tracker. For this, go into your settings in the Account section at the bottom right corner of your app, scroll down to "Sleep sensitivity" and if it's set to normal, you can change it to "Sensitive" and then, sync your tracker and see if this makes it to be more accurate.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else! 🙂

Hi there, the option I chose was strangely worded. It didn't sound like I was about to delete anything... I recall a drop-down menu and something about "log" and I thought I was about to retrieve some more data, not delete, so perhaps it archived the data? Is there no way to retrieve it in this case?
I went ahead and changed the sleep sensitivity as well.

Hmmm... that's strange. Whenever you choose the option to edit a sleep log, these are the options you will have:
Now, I'd say don't worry about this sleep log as not having just this one will not impact the overall stats in a dramatic way. I don't think there will be a way to retreive it but keep an eye for the ones in the future and see if with changing the sensitivity helps with the accuracy.
If you need anything else, let me know!

I played around with this some and figured some things out you might be able to comment on:
First of all, I just went in and added a record of last night's sleep just to see if I could recreate what I had previously done. Interestingly, it remembered all of my wake times! (See below).
Then once there was a record of sleep I chose the options "EDIT" and "SWITCH TO ACTIVITY RECORD". After that second option, that's when my record disappeared.
You'll see the red arrows below indicating where I edited the record.

Oh, I see now. Thank you so much for getting back @TiaJJM! 🙂
By clicking on "switch to activity record", this means that the sleep log will become an activity record as if you recorded it while you were doing any activity. Now, this didn't get deleted so to get it back to your sleep logs, the only thing you need to do is to click on the Log option at the top of your dashboard, then click on the "Activities" tab. Scroll down to the Activity history section and you should find an activity record there. Hover your mouse over the activity record, you will see a little pencil to the right side. Click on it to edit it and all the way at the bottom, you will see an option that says "This is a sleep record". Click on it and hit "Update" and then, the sleep record should be back in place. It should all look as you can see below:
I'm pretty sure this will fix the problem. Let me know how it goes!

Hi, I followed your instructions and got this error. I'm wondering. Is this because I had entered a sleep record manually yesterday (see my last message)? See screenshot below. This happens in both IE and FF.

Hi @TiaJJM!
Hmmm... That's strange. I was able to replicate the process on my end without any problem.
Would you mind maybe trying to do it on a different browser or probably to reload the page and try again and see if that makes any difference?

Sorry @TiaJJM, I didn't notice you had updated your previous post to tell the browsers you've tried doing this on.
I'm using Chrome on my end... Is there a chance you can use Google Chrome to give it a try?

IF you still have the manually added sleep record, yes tyat is probably the reason for the error

I hadn't think of that but @Rich_Laue is right.
Try deleting the manual entry for the sleep record and try to convert the activity record to sleep record again and let us know how it goes @TiaJJM.

Well, @FerdinandFitbit, technically I was the one who suggested the hint first!! HA! But of course, thank you @Rich_Laue for confirming my suspicion! Thank you both.
