Welcome back @Dinah1947. There are some things you can try doing to improve the sleep tracking:
- Try wearing your tracker on your non-dominant hand
- Change the sleep setting to sensitive
- Confirm your Blaze isn't snug on your wrist (your HR lights shouldn't be visible)
