Sleep not recording correctly

My sleeping records some but not all of my sleep...for example last night I went to bed at 10:30 pm but it did not start recording my sleep until 1:23 am.  What can I do?

Welcome back @Dinah1947. There are some things you can try doing to improve the sleep tracking: 

 

Restart your tracker

- Try wearing your tracker on your non-dominant hand 

Change the sleep setting to sensitive

- Confirm your Blaze isn't snug on your wrist (your HR lights shouldn't be visible)
