Hey there @Jillrose. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

How exactly is the sleep tracking feature not working?

 

In the meantime, I would recommend restarting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together for 10-15 seconds and then try your tracker the night after and see if this makes any difference. I would like to know though how it is not working or what problem specifically you are facing.
