Sleep not working - weird error

I've had my Blaze for a few weeks, and Sleep Stages have been working almost perfectly so far-- except for last night. When I woke up and tried to sync my Blaze in the app, my Sleep looked like this:

 

 

 

This has never happened before, not even with the Charge HR I had for 2 years before this. I didn't sleep any differently than ever before, and I even restarted and reinstalled the app. What happened???

I'm sorry you're having problems with your sleep not being recorded properly 😕

 

I can't see the picture that you attached for some reason, but since you've already restarted it, how did it go for the next night? Was it able to record your sleep properly or are you still having problems with it?
