Help!  Why won't my app on my phone let me see what times I was restless or awake.  I used to be able to touch the screen at each blue restless or red awake line and the time would display- now nothing is displayed, so although I can see that I was restless a few times during the night, I can no longer see the time. 😶

It's great to see you here @Coppertoprich. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your sleep information? If you are not seeing this stats, I recommend checking if your Blaze is updated by following the instructions in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post.

Hi there,

I have noticed this feature of seeing the restless and awake data has also disappeared.

I see some other posts about it and it seems to have been a deliberate feature removed by FitBit and I think you have to purchase a Premium account in order to get this data back. Have I understood this correctly?

I can't figure out whether FitBit plan to replace this feature for non-premium users in their next update? Please can FitBit confirm if they will be replacing that data, or whether it is gone for good?

Thanks

I can see that there have been restless or awake periods on the graph and the amount of time for each is recorded also, but on the graph you used to be able to touch the screen on the blue or red line and the time either occurred would pop up so you could see if there was a pattern in the times you wake etc, but no longer. I don't expect to have to upgrade if they change their terms, and after spending so much on the blaze

Yes, sorry that is what I meant. You can see the lines of activity in terms of being awake or restless, but you can no longer see the times that the activity occurred.

I would argue that FitBit cannot and should not advertise trackers as "tracking sleep" if they literally only record a few lines on an otherwise uselss chart. That data is pretty much useless for any purpose without the timing there.

It's great to see you around @Twinkle_Toes and @Coppertoprich welcome back.

No, you don't have to pay extra to have the sleep stages feature. If you want to have more information about how sleep stages work, I recommend taking a look at this post, where our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing a really good explanation about it. Also, if you are not able to see this information, I suggest logging our and logging back in to your account.

Hey Alejandra

I think that post is talking about something different? The issue in that post is more about sleep not tracking at all. My sleep is tracking, but the times of being restless and awake aren't available anymore. That used to be available until the last few weeks. Do you know why it has gone?

Thanks

My sleep pattern is tracking, but i can no longer touch the screen on the blue "restless" line or red "awake" line in the graph to see what times the restlessness or waking time actually occurred.

I can see that i slept X nr of hours, i am told I had X nr if restless periods / X nr of periods awake, but i cannot see a time pattern anymore

Thanks for the information @Coppertoprich and @Twinkle_Toes.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your sleep information? If you do, I recommend checking if your apps are updated. If you have an iOS device, follow the instructions provided by @MarreFitbit in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post. I concur: I also cannot get exact times when hovering over the red or blue lines in my Fitbit app. In fact, the sleep cycles are displaying inconsistently, for about less than 50% of the nights. As someone else mentioned here, it's false advertising and I'm considering returning my Fitbit Blaze since the ability to track my sleep accurately is paramount to me. I hope Alejandra, the moderator can provide some insight into why this happens since Fitbit customer support team has been requesting "additional" data and details for a week now. Is anyone else having issues with #sleepCyclesDisplayingInconsistently?

Cheers

Help, my sleep hours recorded are incorrect all of a sudden, showing I slept 15 hours!

What I don't understand is why I was able to 'hover' over the red or blue line to see the time, and now i can't. Why was it changed?

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences with your sleep stages? If you do, could you please provide me with a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Hi

I got an update notification on my app last night, which successfully downloaded. As a result, I am now able to see the times on the sleep graph that I have been restless or awake, so all has returned to normal thanks
