Sleep recording doesn't work

SLEEP recording - where did Wednesday go??!!

 

Still not fixed the sleep data ... it will be going in the bin at this rate and will be asking for a refund! 

 

I bought it for the sleep recording - what's going on. It either doesn't record or 2 hrs are missing !!!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your sleep tracking not working as it should 😕

 

I'd like to know if you're not able to see your sleep logs at all or if what you see is sleep patterns instead of Sleep Stages. In either case, I would recommend restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

Also, there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed).
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Keep that in mind the next time you're going to bed to make sure that it will record your sleep correctly and if you need more help with this, let me know!
