Sleep stages for Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My blaze stopped tracking sleep 3 days ago.   It has worked every night for almost a year and now nothing.

I have restarted my blaze numerous times and this did not help.

The initial night it didn't track the battery was very low but it has been charged for the other 2.

It's great to see you around @Bsuzy and thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker is not tracking your sleep I recommend turning off your tracker by swiping to Settings and then tap Shutdown. After this procedure please test it.

I tried this for the last 2 nights.   Yesterday I left it off for a good half hour to make sure it reset.
Still no sleep.
I also went in on my mobile and adjusted/checked my sleep schedule.
I have been manually entering my sleep but I need to know my "awake" stats.    Ok.... I don't NEED to know.  But I want to.
Thank you
