Sleep stages not always working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The sleep stages only work for me if I do not click "begin sleep now" if I do then it reverts back to the old tracking method, I tried this out this past night and it worked so anyone having problems with it try not clicking "begin sleep now" try just falling asleep. It's pretty accurate with when I started my sleep too, was only a minute off.

Hi there @PeterC95. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂

You're totally right. Sleep stages will only show if you use the AutoSleep feature on your tracker, this means that you don't have to do anything at all but just go to sleep with your tracker and it will track your sleep for you automatically and show the sleep stages on the logs afterwards.

Thanks for taking the time to share this with us and anything you might need help with, let me know!

I use the auto sleep feature and am not seeing the new sleep stages.  I had the feature for a few days after the update but it reverted back on Sunday.  Can you provide any other troubleshooting advice?

Hi there @Stretch74. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂

You might want to take a look at this post where I'm sharing some tips to keep in mind to ensure you'll get sleep stages in the sleep log section.

Let me know if that works for you!

Thanks so much for the information. It still doesn't explain why I am seeing the old view since I can see that I slept more (and didn't get up and wander) after the update. And from what I have read, this issue happened to your users at the same time it affected me. Any more troubleshooting advice?

Might be a good message to get out there (avoid using begin sleep) for those of us who are serious about developing better sleep habits. I'll try it tonight!
