I have the most up to date app and my iphone is up to date as well. Yesterday, my sleep stages tracked, but last night it did not. I've restared the Fitbit, the phone, installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Nothing worked. Any idea how to fix?

Just chiming in to say sleep stages stopped working for both my husband and myself two nights ago. Both of us have a Blaze and both of us have an iPhone 6S Plus. Don't dangle the good stuff in front of us Fitbit and then take it away!

Same here. It worked for a couple nights, then stopped. And it never worked for my husband. We both have Charge 2s, most up to date everything. Really disappointing, since it was such neat data to see.

I just woke up and same issue. My favorite update is missing and I really wanted to track it.

I have a blaze with updatedoing software. I checked my app and I have all day sync and I make sure I wear my mobit or in the same position every night. I initially had sleep stages and it was great and starting Monday night it reverted back to the old way of restless/awake. This is so disappointing.

Yes, actually, now that you mention it I charged mine yesterday and today it's reverted back to the old style sleep data. However mine worked for 8 days and although I can't say for sure, I'm fairly certain I charged it once earlier in the 8 days.

Mine has reverted back as well. It worked flawlessly until last night.

I have a Fitbit Charge 2 and have the same issue. Sleep stages worked fine for the first 9 nights and now it stopped. Too bad cause I really like this feature. Hope Fitbit fixes this glitch soon.

I have the same issue. Sleep stages worked fine for 9 nights. Last night it reverts back to the old style. My heart rate tracked fine and I haven't changed any settings.

Same here. Worked fine. Has reverted back last two nights. I did charge it two days ago.

Mine has been working fine for over a week but last night it reverted back to the old sleep Patten, what's going on?

It's stopped working last week, then fixed for 3 days, last night stopped again

I have the same issue. Support had me reset my Alta HR and change my sleep settings to Sensitive, then back to Normal.
It worked for one night, then the next night back to nothing. I did not charge it between the two nights.

I agree,
Now they are sending me a replacement fitbit, which I don't think is really the issue. It seems to be a glitch with their software, based on the amount of people having the issue.

It is not just a Blaze problem! This thread is in a Blaze forum, which is why there are so many people commenting about their own Blazes and not so many people with other devices. I have the new Alta HR and I have the same problem (I got it 2 days ago, the first night it gave me the sleep stages "deep" "REM" etc but last night it just told me there were no stages).

Yep - My issues are with the Alta HR as well

I'm having this issue also. Worked for 4 days then yesterday reverted back to the old style.

Yes, mine seems to stop working once I recharge. I got it to work again after deleting the app and reinstalling, but do I need to do this every time I charge my Blaze?!
