Blaze notifications not working

I have had 2 Fitbit Blaze within 2 weeks, and my notifications for text, email or calls are not working. I have the Samsung Galaxy S8 plus. Any suggestions because the support via chat and phone are no help?

It's great to see you around @Lorabrooks1980. Keep in mind that Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ were just added to our compatible phones and there are some technical issues to resolved. In the meantime, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post.

Yes understand that I have tried everything Fitbit recommends. But my
charge 2 works just fine.

Same issue with blaze and I phone.  Customer service no help as well (was promised to have a tech call but no call).  Very disappointed in customer service although I do like the watch.  Hope someone out there is listening.
