The correct time is not being displayed on my Fitbit Blaze. My smartphone is OnePlus 3T.
I already tried Refresh/sync Fitbit app on the phone. forced stopped the app, cleared the cache, removed the device from my account, deleted the app, then reinstalled the app, added back the blaze to my account and it still happens again!
Any help is much appreciated.
TIA 🙂

It's great to have you here @daniel.camille. I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. If Blaze isn't showing the correct timezone, the reason may be that's not syncing to your account. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshoot.
In case, it's syncing but still not updating the timezone. Then, restart your Blaze > choose a different timezone > force sync and later choose the correct timezone and finally force sync.
Let me know how it goes.

I am having the same issue and have gone through all these things, can't seem to get it to change. Anything else I can do?

It's great to have you here @Crsilver76! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. I would like you to restart your Blaze once more and change the timezone to a different one sync and then change it to the correct one and sync again.
Also, Is your tracker not syncing to your Dashboard? Are you not seeing any information in your account.
Keep me posted!

It's great to have you here @Hallerodgers! Have you tried the troubleshooting posted above? I would like you to make sure that your Blaze is properly syncing to your account, so it can show the correct timezone.
Note: You can double check it's syncing by going to your Dashboard > settings and below it > you'll see when was the last time it synced. If you're in the app, below your tracker's picture in the main page > you'll see this information.
Hope this helps!

This happens to me whenever my fitbit dies. All you have to do is turn on your bluetooth and synch it to your phone, and the time on your phone should match the time on your fitbit.

Mine is doing the same thing. I tried all of the possible solutions that I can find. It is syncing the steps and activity etc... but it won't change time zone, change the clock face or update the time. Even after deleting it from my account, it won't let me re-setup the tracker on my account, it just freezes up and then goes back to being there when I restart.

A warm welcome to the Community @Rob_J! Thanks for the troubleshooting and details you've mentioned. It seems pretty weird that it's syncing your steps and activity but the timezone is still not updated. I've sent you a PM with further instructions.
Hope this helps!

I'm also experiencing an issue with the incorrect time being displayed. My Blaze never ran flat but I've run through all the tests anyway. I've logged out and in on the app, restarted my blaze, and synced the app. When I woke up this morning, my watch was 53 minutes slow. After two syncs, the time on the watch did update, but it's still a minute or two out. I've synced a few more times and it now sits close to the time on my phone, but still always out by a minute or two.
How can such a simple task be so flawed?
