Hello all,
I just got the firmware update on Monday of this week. From Monday to Tuesday, the app showed me my sleep stages. Now from Tuesday to today (Wednesday), it went back to showing me awake and restless times, as before the firmware update. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone else know how to fix it?
thanks in advance!

This did help, thank you. I do losen my fitbit at night, maybe to loss. I'll be mindful going forward.
What about the old sleep pattering display verse the new one that's, well prettier, why do I see the old one at times?

Mine shows me asleep for hours at a time, worked one night, same wrist, same placement, hasn't worked since.

Hi @memefit. Great to see you in the Forums and great to hear that it worked for you!
@Gendarme02, I'm sorry you're having problems with this. I can recommend restarting your tracker as @memefit mentions. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and you can try it out for the next nights and see how it goes.

Great to see you around @jjsims! Thanks for sharing your feedback!
At the moment, there are no news on making a feature for disabling sleep stages but I was able to find this suggestion where you can add your vote and any comments you may have about this and probably for it to be considered to be implemented.
Let me know if you need anything else!

Hi there @Gendarme02. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your SleepStages not working as they should 😕
Have you tried by any chance to set up your tracker as a new device and see if this makes any difference? If not, for this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and you can try it out the following night and see how it goes.
Let me know if you need more help!

My Fitbit has don't the same thing never had a problem with the sleep stages and now it's showing the old pattern , I bought my blaze in July 17 and never had a problem with it,
the problem will be in the software like a bug or something. Really unhappy if this is ongoing
thanks

It previously worked even if i went to bed at 10 and got up at 12 for the bathroom. It doesn't do anything niw. I have unpaired re-paired wore Blaze tighter, looser and yet nothing. If I manually set it before bedtime it will track only the basics. The REM and deep sleep percentages are not available. Same issues for my husbands Blaze. Help!
