I am able to see some sleep info, but my Fitbit does not show how many hours in light, deep or REM sleep. Any suggestions?

My blaze and my co-workers blaze neither one will show a detailed sleep anymore.  Getting simplified sleep instead of Sleep Stages ever since the 2nd of July. My coworker started getting simplified results 2 days ago.
