Hi,
I’ve read through a few threads in regards to my sleep issue but I’m not finding the right thing.
Scenario: I went to sleep at 0900 in the morning and woke up at around 1500 on Sunday yet my FitBit tells me that I slept 2000-0100 on the Saturday.
I most definitely did not sleep at this time as I was at work.
I’ve:
uninstalled and reinstalled the app (iPhone 8 )
reconnected my watch twice.
reset my watch and resynced multiple times.
No difference... any advice?
Thanks in advance 🙂
Charlie

Hello @CECowps, it's good to see you around in the Community forums.
Thank you for providing all this information about the difficulty you've experienced with your sleep information .
Could you please confirm if you only experienced this once, or if it happens regularly? The restart procedure you mentioned as well as the other troubleshooting steps, should be o help to prevent this from happening. Let me know if you continue to experience the same behavior.
In the meantime, you can change your sleep history as well, make sure to follow the steps in this article: How do I change my sleep history?
Please keep me posted.

Hi Davide,
It’s happened a couple of times every few days. I originally thought it was an error due to the adjusting of daylight saving time.
Thanks,
Charlotte-Emily.

Thank you for your reply @CECowps. Sorry for the late reply.
could you please try to change to a different time zone in your account settings, then change it back to your original time zone and check if you continue to experience this behavior. Make sure to sync after every change.
Please keep me posted.
