Sleep tracker not tracking

My blaze isn’t tracking my sleep.

Did you find out how to resolve?  Mine quit tracking sleep as well.

I have the same issue and my  250+ steps per hr tracker has gone down too. Must be a glitch on the update

Hey @AndiTay@Bonwhite88 and @Geordiemark welcome to the Community.

 

If your trackers aren't registering your information, I recommend restarting them by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Again a reset does not work. Any ideas.

I did restart and hopefully it will track tonight.

Hi mine does track but when you want to check it against previous day by swiping left, it gives exactly same time, keep swiping left and results are the same

Restart didn’t work. Guess I’ll call Fitbit.

After shutting down and restarting Blaze it started tracking sleep 2nd night after restart.

Are you able to compare against previous day. On dashboard it gives me the same result since the update but tap the sleep bit and see you pattern in more detail and it is all correct. To me it looks as if there is an issue with the dashboard linking to results

Mine worked after 2nd day. Call Fitbit support if it didn’t work.
