Sleep tracking - not accurate

The sleep tracking part seems to not be working. My fiancé and I both go to bed at roughly at the same time however his is off by hours. I can understand not being exact ?
Also the sleep tracker would capture a mid day nap. Been on vacation this week and did indulge yet this is not showing on my dashboard.

It's great to see you around @donnarey123. If your tracker is not accurately registering your sleep information, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it. After the restart process it should work properly.

I've restarted it and will see over the next few days if anything changes

Blaze over estates my sleep now to, exact I don't expect either but it's over stating sleep and active minutes by more than 100%.

If you have already tried the restart procedure without success, I recommend getting in touch directly with our support team, since they have the proper tools to see the information that your trackers are registering.
