Sleeping and resting heart rate same

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

What gives? Ever since I got this watch my sleeping heart rate never goes below 69. Sitting here my heart rate is at 72. Pretty much the same as sleeping.

Is the Blaze broke?

Shouldn't my sleeping be a little lower than my rest?

Thanks.

Hi there @rxonmymind. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I think I can help you with this.

Your heart rate may be affected by any a number of factors at any given moment. Movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication use are just a few things that can affect your heart rate. Different medical conditions and medications can impact your heart rate. So, do you think any of these may be affecting your heart rate readings?

Fitbit trackers are not meant to be used as medical devices or to diagnose any condition but they're a good indicator of your heart health, so just to make sure, you might want to check with your physician just to make sure.

Anything else, I'm here to help!
