I brought my Blaze in August 2016 and have had so many issues with it mostly due to software, it wont sync with my phone.
it will randomly start working when an update is pushed out (it syncs with my androird tablet so i push updates on that) then will randomly stop working for a few days.
in the last couple of months it will stop tracking my heartrate mid way through a work out, i have followed your instructions and made sure it wasnt too tight and on the right place on my arm.
in the settings it is set to update time based on timezone, it will randomly change the time to completely the wrong time
since last week the right swipe function has also stopped working so now i cant get to the menu to track my work out, set alarms, stop watch, view latest stats, settings ect.
please can you have a look into this asap as i cant actually use my watch for any of the reasons that i brought it or that it was advertised.

Have you tried a restart?
Do it at least 3 times.
