Software update

My blaze arrived today.  Says software update before can do anything - 10 minutes.  It has been updating for 25 minutes?? Now what? I tried starting over and that did not help.

just purchased the blaze after the alta software update failed over and over until the screen went black. i think i fried it lol my blaze update is taking well into 30 mins but its actully doing it. if you can imagine how many people got these for christmas lol. hopefully yours is succesful

I had problems because my phone would go to sleep and I would have to start over. I now use my Kindle to do the updates on it.
