My Fitbit constantly counts stairs wrong. If it says four stairs I’ve done at least ten. The tech to measure going up stairs doesn’t seem to work very well. Wondering if there’s any way to make it work better.

It goes by altitude. I forget exact height. 16' or something. At home I have to do the basement steps, turn the corner, and do the steps to the 1st floor without stopping, and for extra measure raise my hand over my head. If you don't mind, try raising you hand over your head at the top of the flight of stairs. And don't stop for anything mid flight. If you pause, you won't get that flight counted.

You're welcome. Guess the Fitbits have built in altimeter, and it's more like 10'. Not 16. Not the Blaze but pretty much same deal. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge/How-does-fit-bit-charge-calculate-floors/td-p/640000
