Static white screen - blaze

I had a blaze for Christmas just gone. 

For the last week I've had problems with it not holding charge it will go from fully charged to empty with no warning. 

And now when I put it on charge I get a black & white static screen (like the old tv screens) 

Has anyone else had this? Help please! 😢

I charged it all night and this morning the static white screen appeared and now is the screen is black.  Any solutions?
