fitbit blaze not syncing properly to my app? 

It has happened a couple days now my 250 steps per man should have all green on my app as per my fitbit.? Has anypne had this issue?

Your title and your post describe different problems. 

Yes Fitbit is aware that the reminder to move hours are not working correctly for some people some of the time, and ate looking into it.
