Step count

My new blaze does not count steps. Should I just go back to the store or is there something I'm missing in setting it up?

Hi @Shelly_08 - It's not logging any steps at all? No steps showing on the tracker or on the app? First thing to try is a restart:

Hi there @Shelly_08. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

As @Ozzie65 asked and suggested... are you not seeing any steps on your Blaze or you do see steps on your Blaze but it doesn't sync them to your app?

 

After the restart, I would suggest opening up the app, swiping the dashboard down, and this should make your tracker to sync and show the steps on your mobile app. Let us know if this works.
