Hi,
My Blaze keeps freezing and not picking my steps up, seems to happen whilst I’m on the treadmill walking ... I’ve tried putting it onto exercise walking but still seems to freeze. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

While on the treadmill. do you hold on to the railings? Doing this will keep your arms from moving and will miss steps. Not going to mention the damage to the body that holding on will cause.

A warm welcome to the Community @Peekaboo1726 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
Regarding your Blaze issues, about the steps as mentioned, if you are holding the bars of the treadmill, your tracker won't pick up all of your steps. I also recommend not doing this. About the freezing, have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
