My Fitbit is misreading the amount of steps I'm doing, and the heart rate is completely out, is there any way I can get a replacement as I've had it for less than a year?

Before contacting support, I recommend restarting your Blaze, walk 100 steps and let me know how many the tracker registered. About the heart rate, take a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
