Hello everybody,
2 days ago something wrong happened to my Blaze. Before this it was counting the steps relatively accurately. Now it's about two times the actual number of steps made. I mean it shows twice as much steps on the watch I catually made. Can it be fixed?
Sincerely,
Alexander

It's great to see you around @alex5908. Did you manually log any type of activity or do you have your Fitbit account linked to another app like MyFitnessPal? I recommend checking your logged activities and if you were logging activities like walk or run delete it since it can cause discrepancies in your information.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hello @alex5908 if you are using your computer you just need to go your Dashboard, then you will see the word log next to the Fitbit logo, as shown on the next image:
Then you will be redirected to your activity log just select activities on the grey tabs and you can see all your activity records.
Let me know if this helps! 😉

@alex5908 as recommended by @AlejandraFitbit and @AngelaMa you can start by checking your logged activity history to see if you have any activity that made your step count higher than it should be, also check your graph on that day and the time that your tracker registered an unusual step count.
Let me know how it goes.
