Hello @akshar.p welcome to the Fitbit Community! As @SteveH and @Rich_Laue mentioned the Blaze can store 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data and the summary data (calories, distance, steps, heart rate and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Did you try the troubleshoot advised by @Rich_Laue to log out of the app and then log back in?

Hello @TrishR welcome to the Fitbit Community! If your app is only showing the calories burned it is possible your tracker is not associated with it. Please review on your settings if your tracker is paired to your account. Also review you are using the same email address you had on your other phone to log in to Fitbit. If your tracker is not paired to your account please follow the troubleshoot on this link. If your tracker is paired to your account but not syncing please troubleshoot as instructed here.
