Steps difference between tracker and Dashboard

My Fitbit count the steps seemingly accurately, but the total shown on the Fitbit dashboard is sometimes less than half of what the actual watch showed.

Hey @dapeel, welcome to the Forums.

 

Are you making sure that your Blaze is properly syncing? If your information isn't transferring due a syncing issue, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article.

 

Also, are you manually logging any type of activity?

I think so I’m doing nothing different than before, when it worked ok. It’s
only doing it periodically. Counts have been up to 20k and then when the
watch syncs next morning, the dashboard shows considerably less.

How long ago does the app say that the last sync was?

Not sure at the time of the issue but I synch every morning and it’s set to
all day synch
