Steps not counting

I have noticed a lot of people posting about this and I have also. Fitbit replaced my blaze and it worked great for about a week now it doesn't count steps. What if anything is Fitbit doing to correct this issue? Is it a firmware or a hardware issue?

@SteveT101

That's a tough one as I don't have any of those issues. My tracker is working as it should.

It's great to see you around @SteveT101 and @Driver8666 thanks for stopping by, it's good to hear that your Blaze is working properly. Woman Happy Is your Blaze being inaccurate or it is not tracking your steps at all? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your tracker.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Wink

I have restarted my tracker still only tracking between 50-60% of my steps. Very frustrating!
