Is this your dashboard on the phone app, or the website dashboard? Do either dashboards show that you recently synced? Just trying to determine what the issue might be.

@Jvillwock A warm welcome to the Community! It's weird that your tracker is syncing but you're not seeing the step tile. I would like you to make sure that you're logging into the same account that you set up your tracker. Also, make sure that's paired by going to your app > in the main page you'll see your tracker's picture.
