My daughters blaze is showing her steps and syncing in the clock screen but it won’t update on the challenge screen ?

I'm sorry your daughter is having problems getting her tracker to sync properly. When you refer to the "Challenge screen", are you talking about a screen in the tracker itself or you mean the challenges on the Fitbit app on her phone?
In either case, I can recommend restarting the tracker and logging out of the Fitbit app and logging back in. For restarting the Blaze, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Then, log out of the app. For this, tap on the Account icon at the top right corner of the dashboard. Scroll to the bottom and then tap on Log out of app. Once you've done this, make sure to log back in with your same email address and password and see if this seems to make any difference.
