Sorry, this has to do with the fact that any and every step counter looks at movement to count your steps. Your Blaze is attached to your wrist and therefore is looking at arm motions.
One thing you can do that would help weed out false steps is to set the Blaze to dominant hand.
Not much else currently can be done, to make it less sensitive will mean less true steps will be counted.
