Steps while holding a cart

It’s not fair, I get ripped off on steps if I’m holding onto my cart at work. If I grip my cart as I walk it does not count steps! This is exactly like some mother pushing a stroller, pushing a wagon at the store. I can’t believe this was not tested before production! Fitbit has to have an update for this glitch?

It's not a glitch. When you aren't moving your arm, you won't have as many steps recorded. It's the same if you're pushing a grocery cart or a baby stroller since you're not moving those arms.
