Stopped working Day 3

My Fitbit just stopped working. The screen is flashing the Fitbit symbol/icon, won't charge or sync. Please help.

Mine is doing the same exact thing right now and I cant fgure it out.

Hello @Salisat and @kgannie when you say I that it showed the Fitbit icon, does it also show www.fitbit.com/setup?

If so then there will be no sign of the battery charging, it most likely is and 1 hour will be enough.. Before you unplug do a restart by holding the left and lower right buttons down simultaneously for 15 seconds. 👍 

Now let's do a setup of your device,.

Now if the Blaze had already been setup let's keep an eye on it. If it gives the setup message again, then please reach out to Fitbit

I had to get a new one. I set it up long ago and it stopped working out of nowhere.
