Hi Everyone. Have to say firstly that I am loving the watch(s). BUT! Just wondering how many people are starting to suffer from strap problems? I have to date had a Fitbit Charge HR strap delaminate I was offered an replacement or discount on an upgrade. I also know of two others who suffered from the same delaminating issue. I upgraded to a Fitbit Blaze but the strap fell apart and I again know of one other person who has had their strap replaced with the same fault and it is happening again on the replacement strap! Fitbit, are we looking at a design flaw here? I see to many people suffering from strap issues for this to be a coincidence.

My strap cracked up too. For last two months i am unable to use the watch for want of a replacement. The fitbit site does not show me any options to order another one. Can anyone help ? Is fitbit doing something about it as it seems to be an issue with the blaze strap. My watch was purchased in April and in Dec the strap broke.

I'd be contacting Fitbit support. The strap has the same one year warranty as the Pebble. Sounds like you're both under a year.
My original strap ripped away from the frame at about 15 Months. I was lucky to find replacements (strap only) on sale at Best Buy Mobile for $15. This was last Summer. The new strap is different too. I don't have issues with the Blaze not working as well if it's not on tight enough, like I had with the original strap.

My original strap cracked and I'm just now noticing that my replacement strap is cracking too!! I think for me it might be how I'm removing my blaze to charge it.

I bought an after market strap for my Blaze. Love that’s is flexible and adjustable & hasn’t broken yet
