I noticed this morning that my Blaze didn’t track my sleep last night. Have since discovered it’s because it wasn’t tracking my heart rate. And it won’t track it today either. The green light flashes bright slowly, I’ll remove the Blaze, it flashes quickly like it normally does, I put it back on, it reads my HR as 70 for a few seconds and then stops reading it again. I went into the Fitbit app and turned HR from “auto” to “on” and it was reading my HR. But it completely zapped my battery... to the point it was flashing the battery at me on the Blaze face. I’ve restarted, it didn’t help. This is my second Blaze, my first stopped reading my HR properly after 11 months and Fitbit replaced it with the one I’m currently having issues with.
Any suggestions? Advice? Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. I charged it two days ago and since then it will not track my HR.

No solution. Emailed Fitbit and they basically said there was nothing they could do. I purchased and Apple Watch.
