Please help!!
I really need to talk to someone about my broken Blaze.... i have tried using the webchat and no one would talk to me, i have tried using the email help but never got a response. At this point i am feeling frustrated that i cant just call support here in Oz. Any other ideas on how to contact Fitbit Support (peeferably using a platform where they will actually respond to my enquiry???

I'm afraid you need to persevere with the web chat or email as there is no telephone support in Australia

Under the contact info there is also twitter, which usually gets a response within 2 hours.
I've also seen people reaching out throigh Facebook and receiving an answer from Fitbit.

I know how you feel the service is a disgrace, I’m feeling your frustration as I’m trying to get money back that I’m in titled too but they just dragging it out. I’m now going to consumer affairs
