Swapping Bands

I just swapped bands on my Blaze.  I noticed that on the "generic" band that I was able to move it up and down where the hinges are on each size.  When I put the original band back on I noticed that I am unable to move it.  It is very stiff and now leaves a gap on both sides of the band and does not "wrap" around my arm.  Since I have only had the band for a few weeks, I cannot recall how it fit before I took the band off.

Can someone tell me if there original band is able to move at the hinge.

P.S.

I chose the blaze as I have a very skinny wrist and liked how the blaze did not stick out as much.

Thanks

The original band is a little stiff and does move as much as you would think at the hinges. The leather replacement that I use moves much more freely.

Yes, the original band has the gaps. The leather band kind of swivels on the hinge s you do not get the gaps. I also have one of the metal mesh bands and it is great for my small wrist as well.

Thank you for the information.  I've swithced back to my leather band as I like the way it fits.  What brand is the metal mesh band that you have.

I have the following one: I know the US Amazon site carries it as well if that is where you are located.
