Swipe option not working

I cannot navigate to any other screen on my blaze. I have checked and the blaze is synced and conceded to my account. When I swipe up I get notifications on/off, when I swipe down I get actual notification's but I cannot swipe left or right to get different screens (today, exercise, setting,alarm etc etc).any ideas at all?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I would like to know if the instructions that our friend here recommended? A restart to your Blaze should fix this inconvenience.
