Sync problem between dashboard and challenge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My work week challenge step count is 5K less than my actual step count.

-Time zone is the same for all in the challenge and is manually set (not automatic) on my app.

-Auto exercise logs are not on (it doesn't auto track)

-I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, also have reset Blaze

-I'm not using any third party app to track.

What can I do?

Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Community @donryan00 and thanks for the information. Could you please tell me if you logged the activity walk or run? Since manually logging these activities can cause discrepancies in your information. If you do, I recommend deleting the logged activities, you can also do a force sync from your Fitbit app by doing the following:

1. Tap the tracker's icon in the upper right corner

2. Tap Sync Now

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Thanks for the response! I did not manually log any activities. I have no
activities logged, and I have auto-logging off.
