Sync trouble

So my watch ended up dying and now that it's charged it won't sync to my Samsung 8+ can someone help please!

I ended up going into settings and had to reset the Bluetooth pairing
button don't know what happened this was crazy. Thank you for your reply!

Hi @SunsetRunner!

Try a restart:

1.) Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.) Let go of the buttons.
