Hello - why does my Blaze not sync with my LG Stylo?  It worked for about a month after getting my new phone, but now has stopped working completely.  I am very frustrated as paid good money for the Blaze and a new band for it .....and now its useless.  😞

Can you set it up on the computer until it is?

Let me guess. . .You got the Stylo on December 6 or 7. It seems that the Blaze will work with "unsupported" phones and computers for exactly six weeks, as that is how long my Blaze abd Stylo were able to talk to each other. I received my Blaze on Dec. 7 2016 and it stopped communicating with my one year old Stylo on Jan. 18, exactly six weeks later. (The Stylo had its first birthday on Jan. 20.)  Why the Stylo is "unsupported" is beyond me, as it is one of the more popular LG devices, and many other LG phones are on the supported list in the Blaze online documentation. Perhaps if enough people ask, Fitbit or LG will issue a software patch that will fix the problem.

Hi, it's Martin again. I seem to have found the answer to the Blaze-Stylo sync problem. But there are no guarantees as yet. Here are the steps:

1. Make sure the Blaze battery is not low. Charge if necessary.

2. In the Stylo, go to Settings/Bluetooth. Look for the Blaze on the list of available devices.

3. Click on the gear at the right of the Blaze icon, and then unpair the Blaze.

4. Go back to the Bluetooth available. devices list and, if the Blaze is no longer listed, click the Search at lower right. Repear until the Blaze appears.

5. Open the Fitbit app and go to Set up a new device. Click on the Blaze icon and continue with the first steps needed to set up a new device.

6. If your Blaze display shows a large four-digit number, success! Just enter the number into the app and continue setting up the "new' device.

7. Your Blaze should now sync with your Stylo.

The fact that this method worked for me (I only stumbled upon it last night, January 22) indicates that the problem is one with the Bluetooth connection, not an innate compatibility problem between the Blaze and the Stylo. And how long ot will work is still a guess. But it's better than nothing.
