Synced 8 minutes ago but does not reflect any info on dashboard

Hello! My dashboard shows that my Blaze was synced 8 minutes ago. The Blaze itself shows over 1000 steps today but my dashboard does not show any data (at all) from my Blaze and still shows zero steps. Why would it show synced and no data? Thanks.

Which of the 5 dashbords are you asking about, and have you checked both the app and web based dashboard?
