I am simply trying to synchronize
my Blaze so I can have the correct time on my watch. I opened app and selected sync now 5 x and two hours later still hasn’t changed. I did it again and thought maybe I have to reboot it...still no change. I can’t get it any closer than on top of my phone to sync! It’s fully charged, does it need to be in base station to sync?
can I manually change time?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

You can change the time as well but it needs to sync before it will change
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it
Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above
