Mine keeps saying tracker not found, but works great on my note 5. Any suggestions?

Hey there @mrskdhill. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S should be compatible for syncing so, I'd recommend that if you're syncing at the same time with your Note 5, try to turn the bluetooth off on it for it to be able to sync properly to your Tab S. I'm pretty sure that will do the trick.
