I had the Flex for about 2 years and it was great. Held the charge and synced almost always automatically. I now have the Blaze and if I don't sync it myself, it won't do it for days. Also, it isn't holding the charge like when I first got it. I've had it about a month and I love it, but the last few days it goes through the charge within hours. Any advise?

I am sorry to hear about what you are experiencing with your Blaze. For the syncing issue, I recommend checking if the All day sync option is on, by doing the following from the Fitbit app:
If you have this option on, remember to leave your Bluetooth on and to have internet connection. Now for the battery, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
