Syncing and changing clock time.

I am totally frustrated. My charge ran out and now my fitbit doesn't show the right time. I've tried to sync with no results......I was told to go to my account icon on the dashboard and there is no icon, I've tried the support and it tells me to sign in for twitter?? and I phoned the support number and got cut off after trying to understand the gentleman looking after me.

The time should sort itself out once you have resolved the syncing issues.

 

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

Are you using a phone when trying to connect or a computer?  The account icon in the app looks like an ID card.

Thank you Steve, the time did resolve itself but I still couldn't find the account icon but will keep on learning. Thanks again.
