Syncing and timezone issues

I have turned off and restarted my Blaze several times but can't set the time or sync. Help?

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. After you get your tracker to sync, the time will be corrected automatically.
